Temperature hits record 90 degrees at Sea-Tac

The temperature reached a record 90 degrees Saturday, only the 13th time a reading of 90 or higher has been recorded in September at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, according to the National Weather Service.

The high was reached around 4 p.m.

Sunday is expected to be a bit cooler, with a high of 82 in downtown Seattle and a bit warmer on the Eastside.
