ROSEBURG, Ore. — The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office says an Oregon couple died when a Toyota Corolla collided with a log truck.

The crash happened Monday afternoon on Nonpareil Road in Sutherlin.

According to the sheriff’s office, the Corolla driven by 50-year-old Todd Gilman veered into the oncoming lane and struck the fully loaded log truck.
