White Center stabbing leaves victim with life-threatening injuries

Update at 6:51 a.m.: The sheriff’s office says the suspect is believed to be driving a 1996 Ford Probe with Washington license APA0835. The car is blue with a red bumper.

Anyone who sees the car is asked to call 911.

Original post: A stabbing victim has been hospitalized with life-threatening injuries after what is believed to be a domestic-violence attack, according to the King County Sheriff’s Office.

The stabbing happened in the 10800 block of First Avenue Southwest in White Center. KING-TV says the male victim knocked on a neighbor’s door for help, saying he’d been stabbed, just after  3 a.m.

The suspected attacker is at large, the sheriff’s office said in a tweet. The relationship between the assailant and victim wasn’t immediately known.
