Burglars made off with 50 car keys and two cars during a break-in early Tuesday at a Lake City car dealership.
The manager of the dealership in the 8500 block of Lake City Way Northeast said he opened up around 8 a.m. and discovered someone had broken in overnight, according to police. Police said the manager discovered a board used to hold car keys had been emptied.
The burglars drove off in a Chevrolet Malibu and an SUV, police said.
The manager found the SUV parked near Northeast 88th Street and 17th Avenue Northeast with all the doors locked and the dealership key chain on the dash. The Malibu is still missing, police said.
Last month, Seattle police arrested two teens they say were responsible for a string of break-ins and car thefts from Lake City car dealerships.
