Forecast: Mostly cloudy with high in the upper 40s

Looks like a typical Northwest December day in the forecast for Monday, with mostly cloudy skies, a high in the upper 40s and a low expected to be around 40, according to the National Weather Service.

There’s a 50 percent chance of rain Monday night and showers are expected through the rest of the week.
