Mill Creek woman tricks suspected package thief

The Associated Press

MILL CREEK — A Mill Creek woman who had packages stolen off her front porch decided to set a trap.

Gabriela Sykes tells KCPQ she put a box full of only packaging material outside her front door and waited.

When a man drove up and tried to grab the package she jumped out and took his picture. He was surprised and left.

She gave the photo to police and posted copies around the neighborhood to warn neighbors.
