PORTLAND — Lingerie stolen from a high-end store at the Bridgeport Village Mall in the Portland suburb of Tualatin, was dropped off at another store at the mall.
Police suspected an organized theft ring took the $2,400 worth of merchandise Sunday from Posh Lingerie. Three women and two men entered the store. One person distracted the clerk while the others took items.
The Oregonian reports the store received a call Tuesday from the Crate & Barrel store in the mall. A bag containing Posh clothing had been dropped off.
It’s unknown why the lingerie was returned.
