Whatcom County man accused of using horse whip on son
The Associated Press
BELLINGHAM — The Whatcom County sheriff’s office says a man forced his 10-year-old son to run for three hours on logging roads at the crack of a horse whip.
Other family members reported the 32-year-old man and another relative who were punishing the boy Sunday for not doing his chores properly at their home in Maple Falls.
KOMO reports both men were arrested for investigation of abuse. The boy was put in the care of other relatives.
