MARYSVILLE — The Washington State Patrol says two people were killed and two others injured in a head-on collision Friday afternoon on Highway 9 near Marysville.
Trooper Mark Francis told The (Everett) Herald a northbound Ford pickup apparently crossed the centerline and struck a Saturn around 12:15 p.m. The man and woman in the Saturn were pronounced dead at the scene. The man and woman in the Explorer were taken to Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett.
