UPDATED, 9:30 a.m.

All lanes of northbound Interstate 5 are now open after a woman jumped off the 92nd Street overpass early Friday morning and was killed instantly, according to the Seattle Police Department.

No drivers were injured, although several cars were involved in a collision, according to Seattle police. The northbound lanes were blocked for about two hours.

An accident on southbound I-5 at Highway 104 in the Edmonds/Shoreline area also caused major slowdowns heading into the city.

Seattle Metro warned of significant service delays on bus routes 40, 41, 301, 345, 346, 994 and Sound Transit 556 due to the incident.
