Man burned trying to save dog from home fire in E. Washington

ROYAL CITY — An older man suffered burns trying to save his dog from a mobile home fire Monday evening in Royal City, southwest of Moses Lake.

Grant County firefighters say the dog died in the fire that destroyed the single-wide mobile home.

The website iFIBER One News reports the man was treated at a hospital.
