Man shot in foot in Seattle mum on what happened
A 29-year-old man who turned up in a Renton hospital and said he’d been in shot in the foot in Seattle early Sunday morning isn’t cooperating with investigators, according to Seattle police.
Police responded just before 3 a.m. to a report of an argument and shots fired near Renton Avenue South and South Henderson Street. They found blood on the sidewalk but nobody in the area.
After Renton police called to say they had found a man with a gunshot wound to his foot who said he’d been shot at that location, Seattle officers attempted to interview him at the hospital.
The man was uncooperative and unwilling to provide information, according to the police news release.
Seattle police are asking anyone with information about the shooting to call 911.
