A pedestrian was seriously injured after he was struck by a vehicle in Redmond Friday evening, police said.
The pedestrian was hit around 6 p.m. in the 2200 block of 148th Avenue Northeast, according to the Redmond Police Department. The man was taken to Harborview Medical Center in critical condition. The driver stayed at the scene.
Northbound 148th Avenue Northeast was closed for about an hour after the collision. The cause of the accident has not been determined, police said.
