Snoqualmie Pass reopens after morning closure to remove trees

UPDATE, 9:25 a.m. | All lanes are open on Interstate 90 over Snoqualmie Pass following a closure to remove downed trees.

Headed over the Cascades? Crews will be removing some downed trees from Snoqualmie Pass on Tuesday morning and the pass will be closed in both directions at 8:30 a.m. for about an hour.

Eastbound traffic will be stopped at milepost 56; westbound traffic will be stopped at milepost 61.

The roadway is bare and dry with no restrictions.

Stevens Pass reports bare and wet roadways with frost and ice in places.
