Coroner identifies 3 teens who died in Kitsap County crash

Three teenagers died when a car, driven by a fourth teen who survived, rolled over in Kitsap County early Sunday morning.

Kitsap County Deputy Scott Wilson said the accident was reported by a passerby at 3:16 a.m., and police arrived on the scene 11 minutes later. The car, a 1996 Toyota Corolla, flipped and was found upside down on the side of Seabeck-Holly Road Northwest in  the 6600 block, an unincorporated part of the county.

“The four young people had just left a party,” Wilson said.

The Kitsap County coroner identified the victims as Luther James Wiggins-Stoudermire, 18, from the east Bremerton area; Kassidy Miranda Clark, 16, from the east Bremerton area; and Jenna M. Farley, 14, from the Rocky Point area of Bremerton. All three died at the scene of the crash.

The police took a blood sample at the scene from the 17-year-old driver, who had suffered minor injuries. He was then transported to Harrison Medical Center in Bremerton and treated. When he was released, police booked him on three counts of vehicular homicide. He is being held in juvenile detention.
