A woman was arrested after she allegedly stabbed another woman in the chest during a fight in Seattle’s High Point neighborhood Wednesday evening, police said.
Officers responded to reports of a fight in front of a convenience store at 35th Avenue Southwest and Southwest Morgan Street shortly after 7 p.m. and located the suspect and the victim, according to the Seattle Police Department.
The victim had been stabbed in the chest. She was taken to Harborview Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
The suspect, 54, was arrested for investigation of assault.
