Update at 8:45 p.m.: Officers arrested a 26-year-old man in connection with a shooting that injured a woman at a Leschi park, according to the Seattle Police Department.
Police responded to reports of gunshots at Flo Ware Park around 6 p.m. and located a woman with a gunshot wound to her thigh. Witnesses told officers that the gunman had boarded a bus headed for downtown Seattle after the incident, which investigators believe may have been a shooting between two groups.
Officers found the suspect on a bus and took him into custody, the police department said. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call the Seattle Police Department homicide/assault tip line at 206-233-5000.
Update at 7:10 p.m.: A 29-year-old female with a single gunshot wound was taken to Harborview Medical Center in serious condition, according to the Seattle Fire Department.

One person was shot in the leg at South Jackson Street and 28th Avenue South around 6 p.m., according to the Seattle Police Department. A helicopter is searching for suspects in the area.
The right lanes of both eastbound and westbound South Jackson Street are closed at 28th Avenue South, according to the Seattle Department of Transportation.
