Last Seahawks flag raised over Seattle Space Needle

The Associated Press

The Seattle Space Needle has flown the Seahawks 12th man flag during their Super Bowl run, and on Wednesday one last flag was raised on top of the landmark.

Washington Gov. Jay Inslee and Seattle Mayor Ed Murray raised the big blue flag that says “Thank You Seahawks” in white letters.

Inslee and Murray pointed south and predicted Seattle would be at Super Bowl 50 next season at San Francisco.
