Three reported break-ins very early Tuesday morning near the University of Washington campus resulted in 911 calls, Seattle police say.
In one instance, a woman reported she woke to a man opening her bedroom door. She apparently was able to frighten the man away.
In another call, two roommates reported hearing somebody walking in their hallway.
And in the third call, a woman reported the screen had been removed from her bedroom window.
The calls came from people living in the 4700 block of 18th Avenue Northeast and the 4700 and 5000 blocks of 19th Avenue Northeast.
Police say nobody was injured and it appears that nothing was taken.
The three break-ins are being reviewed along with other recent break-ins in the vicinity in case there are connections, police said on the department’s blog.
Anyone with information about the break-ins is asked to call 911.
