Nov. 22 marks the 50th anniversary of the day President John F. Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas, Tex. We invite you to tell us what you remember about that event and how it affected you or your family and friends. Please share your comments below. If you have pictures of a memorial service, a front page of a newspaper, clippings or other historical material, we invite you to share them here as well.

The National Weather Service forecasts more rain showers for Friday afternoon across Western Washington. If you see flooding or other weather events, please share your photos with us.
Two ways to submit:
- Share photos on Twitter or Instagram using the hashtag #STweather. Please include a short description of the photo, including location.
- Email photos to our Seattle Times Flickr account: firstname.lastname@example.org. In the subject line, please include a short title and location of the photo. In the body of the email, please type your name and city as well as the photographer’s name, if different, so that we may properly credit the photo. Please attach only one picture per email. Do not include personal information such as phone number, home or business address in your emails.
