Medical examiner releases name of girl, 7, fatally shot in Stanwood

Police ID man who drowned while fleeing bail bondsman

A31-year-old man who died while fleeing a bail bondsman was Ryan Becker, King County officials confirmed Wednesday. Becker drowned in Sammamish Slough in Kenmore. His death has been ruled accidental, according to the King County Medical Examiner. The man was found in 8 feet of water at about 12:45 p.m. Tuesday near 16900 81st Avenue Northeast.
