Pilot injured in small plane crash in Snohomish County

A 78-year-old pilot was hospitalized after his small plane crashed into a slough south of Harvey Field in Snohomish County, the Snohomish County Sheriff’s  Office said today. Fire near Chelan continues to burn

A 600-acre wildfire eight miles north of Entiat, Chelan County, continued to burn slowly to the south and east Saturday amid hot and dry weather conditions, the U.S. Forest Service reported. Small plane crashes on Vashon Island, minor injuries

  Four people walked away from a small plane crash Saturday after a Cessna 182 crashed on takeoff on Vashon Island. According to Ian Gregor, spokesman for the Federal Aviation Administration, the accident happened about 10:40 a.m. when the plane flipped over.
