A 6-year-old boy sustained minor injuries when he was hit by a car at the intersection of California Avenue Southwest and Southwest Lander Street in West Seattle this afternoon, Seattle police said.
The car, a Volkswagen, was being driven by a teenage girl around 3:45 p.m. when the accident occurred, according to a tweet from the police department.
