Seattle man pleads not guilty to fatal hit and run

A Seattle man accused of killing a man in a wheelchair pleaded not guilty Tuesday to vehicular homicide and felony hit-and-run driving. Daniel Mozzochi, 26, is accused of running a red light and striking Douglas Lefever with his car  in Seattle’s Interbay neighborhood at 12:30 a.m. Oct 2.  Police say Mozzochi kept driving and a witness reported his license-plate number.
