Man shot behind car rental shop on Aurora faces life-threatening injuries

A man in his 30s suffered life-threatening injuries after being shot in the chest Thursday night in a parking lot in North Seattle. All lanes open on Aurora Avenue after water main break

UPDATE 5:50 P.M. | WSDOT says all lanes have been reopened. Seattle police are searching for a man who robbed the clerk of a North Seattle motel at gunpoint late last night. Man killed in 1-vehicle accident near Sultan

An elderly man died at the scene Thursday at around 4:20 p.m. after a pickup he was driving struck a tree just east of Sultan, said the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office. The agency did not identify the man. It said the accident, which is under investigation, happened on the 33000 block of Mann Road.
