Bear cub spotted in Monroe park

A bear cub was spotted in Rainier View Park in Monroe Tuesday afternoon, according to the Monroe Police Department. A Puget Sound Energy worker saw the cub at the intersection of Rainier View Road and Chain Lake Road running across the children’s playground.
