Seafair sees drop in impaired boaters

Thirty-four people were cited for boating under the influence of drugs or alcohol (BUI) during the Seafair events on Lake Washington this weekend, police said. Impaired boaters target of weekend crackdown on Lake Washington

Law enforcement agencies will take to the water this weekend looking for impaired boaters during the annual Seafair activities on Lake Washington.
