The force wasn’t strong with an abandoned homemade light saber that briefly shut down the Seattle downtown bus tunnel.
Seattle police say on Sunday night a tunnel security guard found a suspicious looking device and called police, who shut down the tunnel while the bomb squad was called.

Detectives are looking at surveillance video from inside Seattle’s Downtown Transit Bus Tunnel and from nearby businesses to try to identify the person who fired a gun inside the tunnel Tuesday night.
Seattle police said that bicycle officers in Westlake Park heard gunshots coming from inside the Westlake Metro bus tunnel stop at around 11:40 p.m. last night.
Responding officers saw several people fleeing the tunnel onto Pine Street and running south onto Third Avenue, police said. Police stopped one person who said he heard the shots but did not witness the shooting.
Police did not find anyone with injuries but they recovered shell casings and bullet fragments on the Mezzanine level of the tunnel.
