Second of 3 suspects in Seattle robbery surrenders to police

Seattle police say two of three suspects wanted in connection with the robbery of a woman in October have turned themselves in. California rapper pleads guilty to credit-card fraud in Seattle

It looks like California rap artist Charles Tony “Guerilla Black” Williamson will be performing for a captive audience.
