Guilty plea in pill thefts at Spokane hospital

SPOKANE (AP) — A hospital pharmacy technician accused of removing more than 250,000 painkillers over several years pleaded guilty Wednesday in Spokane. Paul Martsin, 25, agreed to a plea deal that would send him to prison for five years. He pleaded guilty to theft, money laundering and dealing controlled substances, The Sp0kesman Review reports.
