Welder may have started smoky Georgetown fire

UPDATE: 10 a.m. |  The fire is believed to have been started by a welding torch being used near recycled wood scraps, said Kyle Moore, Seattle Fire Department spokesman. Moore said the fire was in an enclosed 18-foot-long aluminum trailer at a recycling company. Reports indicate a worker was welding a metal leg of the trailer when the sparks…
