Ex-Lakewood cop sentenced to 33 months for stealing from slain officers’ fund

A disgraced ex-Lakewood police officer was sentenced today to 33 months in prison for embezzling more than $112,000 from a fund for the children of the four officers killed by Maurice Clemmons in November 2009. Ex-Kirkland man gets 2 1/2 years for ripping off charity

A former Kirkland man who embezzled more than $112,000 from the Ronald McDonald House Holiday Cruise was sentenced today to 30 months in prison. A U.S. District Court judge also sentenced Randall Morrison to three years of supervised release and $112,220 in restitution for wire fraud, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
