As temperatures plunged, Seahawks fans claimed parade spots overnight

More than 13 hours before the start of the Seahawks victory parade, sisters Stephanie Brownfield and Jenny Casias wrapped ribbon around their chairs and taped a blanket down on the side of Fourth Avenue near Cedar Street.
