Deputies search for developmentally disabled Shoreline man
King County sheriff’s deputies are searching for a missing developmentally disabled Shoreline man.
Casey Douglas, who lives in an adult family home in the 17500 block of 19th Avenue Northeast, was last seen around 4 p.m. Tuesday.
He has been contacted by deputies in the past while briefly wandering, most recently at Hamlin Park in Shoreline earlier this month, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
Douglas is in need of medication. He is described as white, 42, 5-feet-8 and 155 pounds. He was last seen wearing a gray hooded jacket, brown sweater and blue jeans.

Body identified as missing Renton man
The King County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified a body found Tuesday in North Renton as Ratchhin Duong, a 31-year-old man reported missing last week, according to Renton police.
Duong died from self-inflicted wounds to the neck and wrists, according to the medical examiner’s office.
Renton police would like to hear from anyone who may have seen Duong in the early morning hours of Feb. 4.

Renton police find body near site where missing man's car found
Authorities have found the body of a deceased male near the site where a missing man’s car was found on Saturday, according to Renton police.
It’s unknown if the body is that of the missing man, Ratchhin Duong. The King County Medical Examiner’s Office will have to make the positive ID as well as determine the cause and manner of death, police said.
The body was found around 2:30 p.m. today by Renton detectives and a King County search-and-rescue team.
Duong was last seen at 5 a.m. Friday in the 100 block of Hoquiam Avenue Northeast in Renton. His vehicle was found abandoned Saturday on Interstate 405 near Northeast 44th Street.

Renton police seek help in search for missing man
The Renton Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a 32-year-old man who has been missing since Friday.
Ratchhin Duong was last seen at 5 a.m. Friday in the 100 block of Hoquiam Avenue Northeast in Renton. His vehicle was found abandoned Saturday on Interstate 405 near Northeast 44th Street.
Duong is Cambodian/Chinese. He is 5-feet-6, with brown eyes and black hair. He has a mole on his left check. His right arm is covered in brightly colored tattoos, including koi fish. Duong may be suffering from paranoia and mental illness, police said.
Anyone with information on Duong’s whereabout is asked to call 911 or the Renton Police Department at 425-430-7500.
