Sunday Memo: Embracing a new pot economy … Staying in school … Do you know what you’re chewing?

Weather: Saturday turned out to be much nicer than expected, so here’s hoping today will, too. Though I’m sure I just jinxed it.  The National Weather Service calls for a high of 64 with showers likely. The rest of the week ranges from cloudy to mostly sunny, with highs nearing 70. Enjoy.   More
