Man fatally struck by 2 vehicles in Seattle’s South Park

Pedestrian killed by dump truck in Lower Queen Anne identified

The 88-year-old man killed by a dump truck in Queen Anne Tuesday has been identified as Herbert Whitman by the King County Medical Examiner’s Office.
