Pedestrian killed by dump truck in Lower Queen Anne identified

The 88-year-old man killed by a dump truck in Queen Anne Tuesday has been identified as Herbert Whitman by the King County Medical Examiner’s Office. 3 pedestrians killed overnight in separate incidents

Updated: 3: 50 p.m. Three pedestrians were killed Saturday night in separate incidents around the Puget Sound region.
