Sedro-Woolley man could face manslaughter charge in child’s shooting death

Trevor Braymiller, the felon who sparked an overnight manhunt after his girlfriend’s 4-year-old son accidentally shot himself, has been booked into the Skagit County Jail on a 72-hour investigative hold, prosecutors said today. 4-year-old boy shot himself accidentally; suspect surrenders

Man lying in road killed in Skagit County

The Associated Press SEDRO-WOOLLEY — The Washington State Patrol says a man lying in a road near Sedro-Woolley was run over and killed by a truck that left the scene. Troopers believe the man, 56-year-old Roger Ballenger of Sedro-Woolley, was walking along the road Wednesday night and fell unconscious into the roadway before he was hit.
