Power outage in Everett results in 40,000-gallon sewage spill

A power outage this morning at a sewer lift station in Everett caused about 40,000 gallons of sewage to be released into Port Gardner Bay, according to My Everett News, a Seattle Times news partner. Sewage overflow spills in Seattle and Everett

Heavy rainfall forced sewage to overflow into parts of Seattle and Everett today.
