Eastbound I-90 closed briefly, now open; chains required

Interstate 90 eastbound was closed briefly at milepost 47, Denny Creek, early Sunday afternoon because of vehicle spin-outs in the slush and snow blocking the highway over Snoqualmie Pass, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation. Westbound Snoqualmie Pass to close on Sunday morning

The Spokesman-Review Crews will close the westbound lanes of Interstate 90 near the Snoqualmie Pass Summit on Sunday morning to remove several trees.
