Westbound lanes of Spokane Street Viaduct open early

The westbound lanes of the Spokane Street Viaduct opened this afternoon, ahead of schedule.    The crews late this afternoon were planning to first open the ramp from northbound I-5 to the West Seattle Bridge, and then the southbound I-5 ramp.
