Spokane Street Viaduct lanes open early

The westbound lanes of the Spokane Street Viaduct opened this morning, ahead of schedule.   The lanes, closed since Saturday evening, had been scheduled to remain closed until early Monday for construction work on the Alaskan Way Viaduct.    Expect closures again Wednesday and Thursday, when the eastbound lanes will be shut down from 10 p.m. both nights to 5 a.m. the following mornings….
