Tolls on the 520 bridge start Dec. 29

Drivers on the old Highway 520 floating bridge will begin to pay tolls at 5 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 29, the Washington State Department of Transportation just announced. 520 Bridge closure canceled

This weekend’s planned nighttime construction closures of the Highway 520 floating bridge are canceled and will be rescheduled. Crews had planned to close all lanes of the highway the nights of Dec. 3 and 4 to install girders at Evergreen Point Road and 92nd Avenue Northeast.
