Public viewing and funeral this weekend for Billy Frank Jr.

The Associated Press OLYMPIA — Services are planned this weekend for Billy Frank Jr., the Nisqually tribal elder who fought for Indian fishing rights in Washington and was an advocate for salmon habitat.
