Louisiana double-murder suspect arrested in Tacoma

U.S. Marshal Mark Ericks says his deputies have arrested a fugitive wanted in connection with a double homicide in Louisiana. Ericks says the Northwest Fugitive Task Force learned that Reanaldo N.
