Sea Mar clinics settle overbilling case for $3.6 million

Sea Mar Community Health Centers, which provides health services to mostly poor and many minority residents in 10 counties, has agreed to pay $3.65 million to settle an investigation by the Washington State Attorney General’s Office into improper Medicaid billings.
