Detroit All-Star Katie Smith and Connecticut All-Star Margo Dydek were not only the first players to win All-Star games while playing for both conferences — Smith represented Minnesota from 2000-05 while Dydek represented San Antonio in 2003 — but Smith can also claim a perfect record spanning two leagues. She said she also was on the winning side in the defunct ABL, which hosted two All-Star games.
