New owner visit?

Ed Evans of Oklahoma said he’d rather wait until a 3 p.m. press conference to talk, but the suit he and a business associate were wearing to an afternoon Storm game at KeyArena were giveaways to the two possibly being part of the new ownership group that finalized the purchase of the NBA Sonics and Storm today.
“That’s the rumor isn’t it,” Evans said with a sly smile. “Let’s talk at 3 p.m.”
It was Evans’ first Storm game, but he said he’s a big fan of the WNBA, especially All-Star Sue Bird.
“I watched her at the national championship game when I was there,” said Evans of the NCAA title game in 2002 in San Antonio.
Four possible new owners were spotted at KeyArena, but Evans left after the opening quarter and the Storm leading Sacramento 10-9.
