New arrivals

Ashley Robinson lingered at the training facility long enough to reunite with new Storm signees Shyra Ely and Tye’sha Fluker, who both played with Robinson at Tennessee, losing to Connecticut in the 2004 NCAA championship game.
The trio hugged, but then it was right to business for Ely and Fluker. Having just passed their physicals, they immediately met with coach Anne Donovan to talk about expectations. They practice tonight, bringing the active roster at camp to 10.
Ely, a 6-foot-2 forward, is a free-agent pickup signed today. She played the past two seasons in San Antonio. Fluker, a 6-foot-5 center, is the Storm’s dispersal draft pick from Charlotte.
