Oops!

Apparently there were plans for former Storm forward Barbara Turner to make the team. Not only is she in the media guide, but the WNBA released its All-Star ballot today and Turner is among the candidates at the forward position. Lauren Jackson (forward), Janell Burse (center) and guards Sue Bird and Betty Lennox are also listed among the 65 players.
So my question is if the fans vote Turner onto the team, would the league allow her to play? Voting runs until June 24 and starting lineups will be announced July 3. Coaches vote on the reserves for their respective conferences and those will be announced July 8.
As of today, Turner has not been picked up by another team since being waived by the Storm on May 16.
