Storm players to serve java

If you’ve ever dreamed of Swin Cash handing you your morning coffee, Tuesday’s event is for you. Cash and teammates will be scattered around town serving folks their favorite cup of Joe. Here’s more details:
STORM PLAYERS HIGHLIGHT LAUNCH OF NEW SEASON
WHO: Seattle Storm players Shyra Ely, Swin Cash, Katie Gearlds, Ashley Robinson, Kristen O’Neill and Tanisha Wright
WHAT: Storm players will greet customers and pass out orders at local Starbucks.
WHERE: Cash & Gearlds at Westlake Center Kiosk on 400 Pine St.
Wright & O’Neill at University Village on 4634 26th Ave. N.E.
Robinson & Ely at Upper Queen Anne on 2135 Queen Anne Ave. N.
WHEN: All appearances will be Tuesday, May 13, 8:30 — 9:30 a.m.
The Seattle Storm will lend a hand to Starbucks partners on Tuesday when players Shyra Ely, Swin Cash, Katie Gearlds, Ashley Robinson, Kristen O’Neill and Tanisha Wright visit three local Seattle Starbucks. Players will help distribute orders and greet customers.
Cash and Gearlds will be at the Westlake Center Kiosk Starbucks. O’Neill and Wright will make an appearance at the University Village Starbucks while Robinson and Ely visit the Upper Queen Anne Starbucks location. All visits will run from 8:30a.m. to 9:30a.m.
Storm Opening Night is this Saturday, May 17, against the Chicago Sky. Tip off is at 7 p.m. Season tickets and packages for the Storm are on sale at www.storm.wnba.com or by calling (206) 217-WNBA..
